While the postures are fantastic and provide many benefits, there is so much more to yoga. The word “yoga” means to join or unite. The practice of yoga leads to the union of individual consciousness with that of the Universal Consciousness, creating a perfect harmony between the mind and body; human & nature.

Through yoga you may develop a steady control of the senses which with cessation of mental activity leads to a supreme state of being. yoga is not a religion. yoga enables us to practice acceptance, access inner peace and tap into our own inner guidance. There are a great many aspects of yoga including meditation, breath work (pranayama) and the postures (asana).

REIKI- ENERGETIC HEALING

Channeling the energy of love and light to heal your mind, body and spirit. This is a safe and non-invasive healing method that may clear energy blockages throughout the body. Energetic Healing may help relieve physical pain, stabilize emotions and soothe internal conflicts.

When participating in this work you are fully clothed. You are made comfortable seated or lying down. My hands are placed on or above your body.

Energetic Healing may promote a feeling of deep relaxation and stress relief while reducing muscle tension and pain. It is possible to accelerate wound healing and is useful during illness and after injuries.

CRYSTAL HEALING

This is a holistic, non-invasive, vibrational energy-based system of healing. I may place crystals on and or around the physical body or hold them over certain areas. Crystals may also be laid in precise geometric patterns or grids on or around the body.

The crystals powerful yet gentle vibrations may jumpstart, stimulate and balance specific energy centers.

SPRITUAL HEALTH CONSULTATION

DISTANCE ENERGETIC HEALING

Distance healing and sessions are also available upon request. While some people shy away from distant healing, it can be more powerful than sessions done in person. Maybe because our bodies are out of the way making it easier to work on the energetic level.

QHHT- QUANTUM HEALING HYPNOSIS TECHNIQUE

This is a unique form of past life regression developed by Delores Cannon. You are placed into “trance” which is really just a stage of sleep. You are
then asked to regress to another life. The life that will give you the information that will help you most at this time. We then call unpon your Super Conscious or Higher Self to explain why that life was chosen. We are also able to ask your Higher Self other questions or for healings we have discussed prior to trance. This may take 4+ hours. All is recorded for you to review later.

The above services are all $105 per hour or $225 for three prepaid sessions with the exception of QHHT.
